Each woman is mentored in her own style of leadership in her own field. Leadership is cultivated through career development, intentional conversations and training, creativity, exploration, and expressing an individual voice. Through "one to ones" women are encouraged to connect with individuals and organizations of their choosing, and are provided a forum to seek out and test the various directions they would like to take their lives.
Higher education and financial support are also possibilities through potential loan deferments, AmeriCorps Educational Awards, and graduate and undergraduate coarse credits at St. Catherine University. Learning opportunities abound through life experience, serious reflection, and guided mentorship. The passion and ambition of the women who get involved is central to this unique program.
