The St. Joseph Worker Program is funded through donations, fundraising, and grants from committed and appreciated supporters. While placement sites contribute for their workers, it is not enough to offset the cost of this program.

Among our benefactors are the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJs). Since the St. Joseph Worker Program was founded in 2002, the CSJs have helped shape the lives of young women and build a network of caring, engaged people. Mentored by some of the Sisters’ most gifted leaders and teachers, program participants live simply in community, focusing on issues of social justice, developing leadership skills and pursuing their own spirituality.

Donations, for which we are very grateful, are handled by the CSJ Ministries Foundation, which was founded to support the work of the Sisters.
