Mission Statement
The St. Joseph Worker Program empowers women committed to social change to respond to the needs of the times by:
1. Working within diverse communities that address the needs of the poor and marginalized.
2. Mentoring the Workers into leadership for social change.
3. Deepening the spirituality of the Workers through the support of the Sisters of St Joseph of Carondelet and local community.
4. Developing intentional community committed to living simply and to just relationships.
